What payment methods are available?

Via banking system (bank deposit, paypal, e-banking) or directly to the driver (cash, debit / credit / prepaid card).

How do we find our guide?

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a voucher with complete instructions on where to meet your driver, in case you still have problems finding him you can contact him at the phone numbers listed on the booking voucher.

If our flight is delayed, will the driver be waiting for us?

The waiting time at the airport is up to 2 hours from the originally scheduled arrival time and 45 minutes after the landing. For delays above the above intervals, you must contact us and we will inform you. For the best service we recommend that you fill in the flight number in the special field during the booking process!

What is the baggage policy for transport?

Each passenger can carry a piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg (maximum combined size 158 cm) and a hand luggage with a maximum weight of 5 kg (maximum dimensions 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm). Strollers are recommended to be fully foldable and are considered luggage.

Are we traveling with a disabled person and has a wheelchair, can we use the transfer service?

Our minivan has enough space to carry a wheelchair. This service is intended for passengers with reduced mobility as some mobility is required from the person to enter and exit the vehicle.

We are travelling with a pet, can we use the transfer service?

Pets are the sole responsibility of their owner and they must travel in an approved box / cage. The transport of pets depends on our approval and an additional charge of € 10 is imposed. During the booking process you must let us know that you are traveling with your pet.

We travel as a family, do you provide child seats?

We recommend that you bring with you the child restraint system with which you are most familiar. If you do not wish to travel with your own child restraint system, you can request one during the booking process. They are provided free of charge.

I want to change my reservation. What should I do?

The possibility of change without charge is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the service. After 48 hours, the change is related to availability and we can not guarantee it. All changes are made by writing at email

I want to cancel my reservation. What should I do?

If you wish to cancel your reservation, a refund is made if you have informed us by writing at email email up to 48 hours before the start of your travel service. No refunds are made beyond 48 hours.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and eating food or snack is prohibited on all our vehicles.

I forgot a personal item in the vehicle. How can I recover it?

Our vehicles are cleaned immediately after the end of each transfer, if the lost item is found we will contact you immediately to arrange its return.

I will need an invoice to declare the cost of transportation as an expense of my business
